Ed does not really need any introducing! But just for those who don't know him that well:

Ed is probably best known for his recent appearance as 'Elton John' on BBC1's prime time talent show 'The One and Only' hosted by Graham Norton.   During the show's run, Ed stayed in London and received performing and vocal advice from well known coaching couple David and Carrie Grant. West End choreographer, Gary Lloyd also advised on movement!

Ed has also worked with many local groups as musical director, including WOS Youth Musical Theatre, Weymouth Operatic Society, Weymouth Drama Club, Bridport Operatic Society, Cerne Abbas Players, The Wey Valley School, Weymouth and Dorchester Stagecoach and All Saints School, where he taught for fourteen years.

As a performer, Ed has performed internationally and has entertained audiences of over 10,000 people. He is still in great demand, together with his band, as the Ed Zelton Band, performing all the hits of Elton John.

As our Music Director, Ed will be leading the majority of the rehearsals, giving advice and exercises on how to develop your voice.
